Multiple Match
Did you know that Multiples of America has a Multiple Match program? This program matches members with other members with similar interests or parenting/life challenges. You also can ask to be randomly matched with another parent. We’ve already made some matches, however we are still looking to match a few more members. These members are looking to match with the following topics:
To request a match, fill out the form in the Members’ Only section of the website. If you fit into one of these topics or would like more information, please email the Research and Membership Development Vice President at membership@multiplesofamerica.org.
Raise Right
Our newest fundraiser is the easiest one ever — and it won’t cost you a dime. This fundraiser offers the chance to support Multiples of America by purchasing gift cards for favorite retailers. A percentage of each purchase is donated back to our organization, but there’s no added cost to you! Learn more.
Research Study on Autism
Parental Stress: A Comparative Study of Single and Multiple Birth Children with Autism
The purpose of this study is to examine parental stress levels of caregivers who have children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Damion Garcia, under the advisement of Dr. Nancy Segal from California State University, Fullerton, is studying parental stress in families with single and multiple birth children with autism. Participants take an online survey that takes about 15 or 20 minutes to complete.
Learn more about the study on our website, or you can access the survey link directly.
National Ambassador Program
Our new National Ambassador program is designed to build a larger base of volunteers across the country who are willing to step up in small ways throughout the year. This program can serve as a stepping stone for future National Workers or as a way for previous volunteers to continue sharing their time and talents with the organization. And the best news? You can pick which tasks you’re most interested in! Learn more about this great new program, then complete the application.
Take the Twin Toddlers Masterclass
Is it possible to keep things “fair and equal” between multiples? Our new sponsor, Smadar Zmirin, twin specialist, shares some ideas. Sign up for her Twin Toddlers Masterclass on Nov. 30 for better ways to manage twins’ behavior.
