Have Friends with Multiples but no local club?

If you know parents of multiples around the country who do not have a local club, encourage them to join us through our new Direct Membership. It is our way of building our membership base and sharing all our great resources with parents who do not have the support of a local club in their area. Questions? Email membership@multiplesofamerica.org

Upcoming Zoom Connects

Tues., Nov. 11 – You’re a Member of Multiples of America – Now What?
Ever wonder what benefits you get for the $15.00 membership dues you pay each year? Join us as we count the ways. We will highlight the top benefits of membership and be ready to answer your questions about all the ways our organization adds value to every day for you and your family.

Wed., Dec.10 – Navigating the Holidays with Multiples
We’re told the holidays are supposed to be magical… but when you’re parenting multiples, they often feel more exhausting than magical — like an obstacle course you’re just trying to get through while still feeling the pressure to somehow make it “special.” Join Kristen Eberly, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Twin Mom Coach, and mom of twins, as she shares practical ways to handle the holiday chaos and lower the pressure.

Registration begins about four weeks before each event, and Zooms begin at 7:30 pm Central (8:30 pm Eastern, 6:30 pm Mountain, 5:30 pm Pacific)

Register to join us, or view some of our past Zoom Connects.

Upcoming Great Expectations Multiplied Online Seminars

Wed., Nov. 5 – Nutrition For Newborns & Growing Multiples
Homemade vs. store-bought baby food: Which is the best option for your time and budget?

Divya Cardoso, a registered dietitian, blogger, and mom of twins, will break down a few common meals and compare pricing to show how making your own can be more budget-friendly without being overwhelming. She will also include tips on introducing a variety of flavors to help little ones explore different tastes early on, and as an added plus a few feeding strategies for multiples!

Tues., Dec. 16 – In the NICU
There’s the fact of knowing that with multiples your babies may come early, but nothing is preparation for the reality of the NICU experience. Stephanie Ernst, a twin advocate, Founder and Director of The TAPS Support Foundation and mother of twins, will detail the hurdles and celebrations of that reality, and share a “survival guide” for NICU parents, with a focus on family-centered care, developmental support, managing the emotional stress of a NICU stay, and more.

Registration begins about four weeks before each event, and seminars begin at 7:30 pm Central (8:30 pm Eastern, 6:30 pm Mountain, 5:30 pm Pacific). A link to a recording will be made available for 7 days following each event for registrants who are not able to attend on the date/time of the seminar.

Register to join us, or view some of our past seminars.

Participants in each event will be entered into a drawing for gift cards. The Great Expectations Multiplied initiative is partially funded through a grant from the Prolacta Bioscience Foundation.

Giving Tuesday

Giving Tuesday is December 2, 2025.  Consider making a donation to Multiples of America. Your gift helps fund resources and programs that empower parents and strengthen local clubs. Every dollar makes a difference—whether it helps a new parent find support, connects families facing unique challenges, or promotes awareness about the joys and realities of raising multiples. Join us in celebrating the spirit of generosity this Giving Tuesday by helping Multiples of America continue its mission.

Donate here: https://multiplesofamerica.org/donations/.  You’ll have the option to create a recurring donation which will continue our organization throughout the year.
