VIRTUAL RUN/WALK
Join our third annual virtual run/walk. It’s a 1K/5K virtual event so you can “Dream BIG…One Step At A Time” as you run or walk anytime and anywhere during the month of April.
Walk alone.
Stroll with your favorite pet.
Hike thought the park with your multiples.
Promenade the town with friends from your multiples’ club.
Step onto the treadmill inside your house.
Once you complete your course, record your time using the quick link below
Registration opens March 1, 2023, and includes our virtual run/walk t-shirt.
They come in sizes to fit the whole family and neighborhood, youth extra small through adult 5X. Wear them anytime: as you run/walk, to your next club meeting, or as you wander through the grocery store.
The first step is easy. Click the orange button, then select a size, insert your information, and you’re on your way!
Cost is $25.00 (plus shipping costs).
Order by March 7 to ensure you receive your t-shirt by April 1.

Get your own custom Facebook frame about Multiple Birth Awareness to post on your social media page!
We’ve created a few frames, which will be posted on our Facebook sites during April. Select the frame. Insert your photo, and post on your own social media page. You can keep the same frame all month long or change to a different MBA frame mid-month.
It’s a quick way for you to share the news about multiple birth awareness month and to highlight the joys and challenges of parenting multiples.
