A Winner!
57 members emailed their answers to the February quiz. A perfect score is not the aim; everyone who joins in the fun is entered into the drawing. The February quiz offered the chance to complete a few multiple jokes:
My sister had twins, a boy and a girl, and asked for help naming them. She liked my suggestion of calling the girl, Denise,” but had second thoughts when I suggested calling the boy Danephew.
My mom had quadruplets. She named them: Eeny, Meeny, Miny, and Fred. “What happened to Mo,” I asked. She said she didn’t want no mo(re).
How did the young man feel after finding out he had a long-lost twin and meeting him? He was beside himself.
Why did the twin elephants leave the beach? They only had a pair of trunks.
Where do twins love to go for vacation? Pair-is, France
Where do triplets love to go for vacation? Tripoli, Libya
Winner of the gift card drawing was Lisa Grossman, Northeast Philadelphia Mothers of Twins & Triplets (PA).

The board works with our volunteers to deliver the services and benefits you enjoy from year to year and to develop new initiatives focused on support and connection. Here’s a few of our latest moves:
It’s a Balancing Act
Mental Well-Being for Parents of Multiples
We’re counting down the days to April, but not because we’re waiting for “April showers.” We’re looking forward to Multiple Birth Awareness month! This year, we’re centered around the theme, “It’s a Balancing Act: Mental Well-Being for Parents of Multiples.” The focus is on raising awareness about the added stresses that come with parenting multiples and how to support the mental wellbeing of families during that journey.
MBA toolkit
Check out the 2025 Multiple Birth Awareness toolkit. It’s packed full of ideas to help your club plan its celebrations (or just an evening of celebration). Find the toolkit in the Members Only Center.
“15 Minutes of YOU Time” Snapshot Challenge
Share your tranquility. Take a picture of you or your club doing something to boost your mental wellbeing: reading a book, taking a walk, chatting with friends. Post it on our Multiples of America Members Only Facebook page. As an added plus, everyone who posts will be entered into a drawing to win a gift card!
April Zoom Connect – Boost Them Up: Tips for Growing Multiples’ Mental Wellbeing
In celebration of Multiple Birth Awareness month, we’re hosting a special Zoom Connect on a special day! Want to learn more about supporting your multiples’ self-esteem and confidence, reducing rivalry, and increasing peace and joy in your household? Join us Tuesday, April 8 for “Boost Them Up: Tips for Growing Multiples’ Mental Wellbeing.” Smadar Zmirin, twin specialist, will lead us in reflecting about how to be mindful of the ways in which we can use our words to build up our multiples, help each of them thrive, and encourage them to explore all the world has to offer. Register online to be with us Tuesday, April 8, 7:30 CST (8:30 EST, 6:30 MST, 5:30 PST).
Leadership Shareshop
We’re continuing discussions about club management issues on our Leadership Shareshop page on Facebook. We hope to share ideas around club services, programs, volunteering, membership growth, and meeting planning. A new question is posted every two weeks as a part of the Leadership Academy, but all current leaders of member clubs are invited to join us online and participate in the discussions. If you’re a club leader and don’t already have access, join us online.
Singleton Research Study
Are there singletons in your family? Have you asked them what it’s like to have siblings who are multiples? We’re asking now! Multiples of America is conducting a qualitative research study to find out more about the experiences of singletons in families with multiples. The results of this study may alert parents of multiples and singletons to parenting strategies that can address potential challenges. Any singleton over the age of 18 who has older or younger multiple siblings can join in the study. Find out more and sign up here.
Desert Dreamin’ Gallery
So many talents within our midst. Parents of multiples are busy painting, creating jewelry, card making, building, quilting, and more. Many have offered to share their creations with us at convention — for viewing and for a silent auction (proceeds go toward convention expenses). If you would like to donate a homemade item (or two) or if you’re a talented shopper and would like to donate a special “find” for the gallery or for one of our convention raffles, contact Events Vice President, Kim Simonich, at events@multiplesofamerica.org.
Multiple Connections
Were you able to find a moment to click into the March issue of Multiple Connections? If so, I know you found an amazing collection of information and insights. There are articles about the importance of inclusion for clubs, bedroom decisions for multiples, self-care from the ‘inside out,’ how to plan a gala fundraiser, book reviews, and so much more. Find it in your inbox or check it out at: https://multiplesofamerica.org/multipleconnections/
What is an Add-On Member?
Has your club added members since your initial renewal last year? If you have, let us know so we can add their names and emails to our list. Without that information, those members will not receive the email communications sent to all members, such as Multiple Connections and this monthly Special Delivery. Members submitted on or before March 31, 2025, will be included in your credential count for convention voting purposes. If your club has ”add-on members,” go to https://multiplesofamerica.org/add-on/ and follow the printed instructions. Questions about that process? Email: info@multiplesofamerica.org
Local Clubs Stepping Into Spring
Arlington Mothers of Multiples (TX) held a Spring Break fundraiser at a local Chipotle. A portion of the sales during the event were donated to the club.
York White Rose Mothers of Twins & Triplets (PA) escaped from the 80’s! (They held a gathering at a local escape room.)
Tidewater Parents of Multiples (VA) held their Children’s Consignment Sale in early March.
