To renew your club for 2023-2024, please download the Dues Renewal Application Form, complete it in its entirety and email it along with an updated spreadsheet of your renewing and new members to info@multiplesofamerica.org. 

Be sure to include names, addresses and email addresses of all members of your club. In order to remain in good standing with Multiples of America, dues are required to be paid for all members of your club. 

Please email your documents to us and use the PayPal link below to pay your dues. A $20 late fee will be added (shown as a shipping charge) to clubs renewing after September 30, 2023.

At this time, the USPS is still experiencing significant delivery issues. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND MAILING YOUR PAPERWORK OR A CHECK. If your club has no way to use PayPal, please mail your paperwork to the Executive Office at 2000 Mallory Lane, Ste 130-600, Franklin, TN 37067. We highly recommend that you send it in a way that you will receive a delivery confirmation.
