Plan to join the “15 Minutes of YOU Time” Snapshot Challenge on social media by posting a picture of you (and perhaps other club members!) doing something to boost your mental wellbeing: read a book, take a walk, or just relax and chat with friends. Post it on our Multiples of America Members Only Facebook page. As an added bonus, everyone who posts will be entered into a drawing to win a gift card. Learn more.
