MAIL IN RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS:

• All dues payments must be postmarked by June 30, 2025 to be eligible for Elite Status. All other clubs must be postmarked by September 30, 2025 to avoid a lapse in membership and avoid late fees.
• Dues must be paid for all members of your club and new members must be added throughout the membership year as soon as a member joins by going to www.multiplesofamerica.org/add-on.
• Your club is not considered renewed until the form is completed, the membership list is uploaded below, and your dues are received. 
• Complete the form below, upload your membership form and mail your check for $15 per member Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation to Multiples of America Executive Office, 2000 Mallory Lane, Ste 130-600, Franklin, TN 37067.
• Once your check is received and processed, you will receive an email confirming your renewal.
