2023 CONVENTION PROGRAM BOOKLET ADS

Contract Instructions:

The Program Booklet for the 2023 Annual Convention will be sized at 8 1/2 x 11. Ads will be sold in full page, half page, and quarter page sizes.
Full Page – $75 per ad
Half Page – $40 per ad
Quarter Page – $25 per ad
All ads must be uploaded online by June 23, 2023. Mailed ads will not be accepted.
All ads must be uploaded as a .jpg or .pdf (actual size).
All ads must be paid using the PayPal link provided. An ad will not be guaranteed in the booklet until payment is received.
All ads will be printed exactly as submitted without changes and/or enhancements.
There will be a $20 late fee for any ads uploaded online after June 10, 2023. Ads received after June 10, 2023 will be included based on space availability.
