2026 CONVENTION PROGRAM BOOKLET ADS
Contract Instructions - Please take a moment to read before proceeding!
- The Program Booklet for the 2026 Annual Convention will be sized at 8 1/2 x 11. Ads will be sold in full page, half page, and quarter page sizes.
- Full Page – $80 per ad
Half Page – $40 per ad
Quarter Page – $20 per ad - All ads must be uploaded online by June 17, 2026. Mailed ads will not be accepted.
- All ads must be uploaded as a .jpg or .pdf (actual size).
- All ads must be paid using the PayPal link provided. An ad will not be guaranteed in the booklet until payment is received.
- All ads will be printed exactly as submitted without changes and/or enhancements.
- There will be a $20 late fee for any ads uploaded online after June 17, 2026. Ads received after June 17, 2026 will only be included based on space availability.
