CHECK PAYMENT RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS:

• For Elite Club Status, check must be postmarked by June 30, 2025.
• All clubs must renew by September 30, 2025.
• A late fee of $20 will be incurred by clubs renewing after September 30, 2025, and your club will experience a lapse in your membership.
• Dues must be paid for all members of your club and new members must be added throughout the membership year as soon as a member joins by going to www.multiplesofamerica.org/add-on.
• Your club is not considered renewed until the form is completed, the membership list is uploaded, and your dues are received. 
• Complete the form below, upload your membership form and mail your check for $15 per member Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation to Multiples of America Executive Office, 2000 Mallory Lane, Ste 130-600, Franklin, TN 37067.
• Once your check is received and processed, you will receive an email confirming your renewal.
