We have streamlined the process for clubs renewing their membership!

RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS:

• All clubs must renew by September 30, 2025. If you are wanting Elite Club Status, click here.
• A late fee of $20 will be incurred by clubs renewing after September 30, 2025, and your club could experience a lapse in your membership.
• Complete the form below, upload your membership list (include names, addresses, and email addresses), click PROCEED TO PAYMENT and pay your dues using our convenient PayPal option. IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ADJUST THE PAYPAL QUANTITY TO THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS YOU ARE RENEWING AT THIS TIME. YOU MUST PAY DUES FOR ALL OF YOUR MEMBERS.
• If your club cannot use PayPal for any reason, contact the Executive Office at info@multiplesofamerica.org for options.
• Your club will be renewed when the form is completed, the membership list is uploaded below, and your dues are received.  A confirmation will be sent to your club when your renewals are received and processed.
