Multiples of America Leadership Academy aims to help build next-generation leaders for our local clubs, as well as state and national organizations. 

We’re looking for club leaders, state board members, national workers, or members interested in leadership to join us on a journey of learning and discovery. Become a part of the 2025-26 Leadership Academy. It’s a chance to make new friends and grow as a leader! 

Over the span of a year, you’ll have the chance to:

• Share learning with club leaders from around the nation.
• Join in discussions around club leadership and management issues.
• Connect with leadership experts with four virtual learning events.
• Gain leadership skills, knowledge, and inspiration through readings on leadership.
• Celebrate with the Academy class during a graduation ceremony at our Annual Convention.

There’s no fee to be a part of the academy.

Participation in at least 80% of the sessions is required to graduate.
