Multiples of America Leadership Academy aims to build a cadre of next- generation leaders for our local clubs, as well as state and national organizations.

We’re looking for club leaders, state board members, or national workers to join us on a journey of learning and discovery.

As a volunteer who works to help parents of multiples, we know you are already making a difference. Becoming a member of the 2024-25 Leadership Academy will provide you with the opportunity to grow as a leader.

Over the span of a year, you’ll have the chance to:

• Share learning with club leaders from around the nation.
• Join in discussions around club leadership and management issues.
• Connect with leadership experts with four virtual learning events.
• Gain leadership skills and knowledge through an online book study.
• Celebrate with the Academy class during a graduation ceremony at our Annual Convention.

Along the way, we’ll review what some experts advise about leadership, and we’ll take a look at growing more effective club operations from fundraising to member recruitment to Robert’s Rules.

There’s no fee to be a part of the academy.

Participation in at least 80% of the sessions is required to graduate.
