Thank you for your interest in joining the 2025-2026 Leadership Academy. Members who are passionate about the mission of Multiples of America and interested in growing their leadership skills are encouraged to apply. The Academy promises to build lasting relationships, as well as new skills and knowledge. We’ll be together on a journey of learning and discovery. Our goal is to connect leaders from around the country in a new and meaningful way. 

CRITERIA:

• Leadership experience at the local or state level, as a National Worker volunteer, or an interest in growing leadership skills.
• Understands the time commitment of participating in the Leadership Academy. This will include four virtual learning sessions, reading and discussing book excerpts, and following posts on the Multiples of America Leadership Shareshop on Facebook.
• The candidate agrees to prepare for, attend, and fully participate in the virtual Leadership Academy sessions.
