TITLE OF STUDY: Twins’ Interactions with Parents and Peers

ADVISOR: Dr. Lisabeth DiLalla, Professor, Family & Community Medicine; Population Science and Policy; and School of Psychological and Behavioral Sciences, Southern Illinois University; Director: Southern Illinois Twins/Triplets and Siblings Study (SITSS)
PARTICIPANTS NEEDED: Same-sex twins between the ages of 7 and 10 years
LOCATION: Anywhere in the United States, Entire Multiples of America membership
PURPOSE OF STUDY: In this study, the researcher seeks to learn more about the interactions of twins with parents and peers.
METHOD OF INVESTIGATION: Parent participants will complete an online survey, which takes about 60 minutes. Children participants will be interviewed using a brief questionnaire over Zoom. The Zoom interview takes 45-60 minutes and can be completed after school, on school holidays or on weekends.
Each participating family will receive a $20. Amazon gift card and each child will receive a book. All participating families will also be entered into a drawing for the chance to win prizes.
