Registration Instructions - Please take a moment to read before proceeding!
- Add to your cart the type of advertisement you want and increase the quantity in the Shopping Cart below if purchasing more than one ad of each size.
- Use the Upload File option to upload your images. Mailed in advertisements will not be accepted.
- Images will be used exactly as they are uploaded without enhancements, corrections, or changes.
- Check your shopping cart to ensure all items are represented correctly and proceed to payment through PayPal.

2024 CONVENTION PROGRAM BOOKLET AD – HALF PAGE – $40 PER AD
2024 CONVENTION PROGRAM BOOKLET AD – QUARTER PAGE – $25 PER AD
REQUIRED: UPLOAD AD FILES:
- Select the ad file you wish to upload and click upload file.
- Wait until that file has successfully uploaded before uploading additional files, if needed.
- After all files have been uploaded, check your shopping cart for accuracy and proceed to payment by clicking on the PayPal link.
